The main goal of this interdisciplinary program is to help students prepare for living and working in our increasingly global society--the interdependent world in which you will be competing and cooperating.
The major and the minor in International Affairs allow you to focus on topics that are both historical and in the news today, and to gain perspective on the political, economic, and cultural forces that shape the events around us.
Students who are considering opportunities to study or work abroad will be especially interested in the major or minor in International Affairs. In addition to the required and elective courses on campus, you may take advantage of Northeastern's many overseas programs.
